At Snug Hug, we care about quality. For any quality defects, you are covered by a 2 month warranty. Just send us the Snug Hug back and we will refund you! 

We also have a 30 day money back guarantee - if you find that our pillow is just not the right fit for you, just send it back within 30 days and we will refund your money!

Please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, our supply line has been disrupted. The quality and functionality of your Snug Hug will remain the same however this may mean that there are colour variations and the possibility of receiving a Snug Hug without the logo. If this is an issue for you please contact customer support before placing your order and we will try our best to help you. As you can imagine it's a very tough time for us and many other retailers.
