ANNOUNCEMENT: We are currently experiencing issues with our automated shipping email activation - you may not receive shipping information regarding your Snug Hug, however if you received a confirmation email, please rest assured, your Snug Hug is on its way to you ! 

We ship out Snug Hugs daily Via Australia Post. On occasion we will also use FastWay Couriers. Both courier companies have experienced delays throughout the time of the pandemic.

Sydney – Approximately 1-3 business days
Melbourne, Adelaide – Approximately 2-5 business days
Brisbane, Perth – Approximately 3-7 business days
All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days.
